I am Florian Feuillet (28)

Born in France with German and African roots, I experienced cultural diversity very early in life. I traveled a lot and studied environmental sciences, with a particular focus on water recycling.

​

Let me now tell you about how I discovered myself,  learned meditation and found purpose and peace in life.

​

As I turned 18 years old, and found myself in a personal crisis, I stumbled upon the transformative practice of meditation, leading me on the incredible path of growth and self-realization. During many years I dedicated countless hours to understanding the art of mindfulness.

​

After this intense process of personal exploration I reached a pivotal moment in life: I felt a deep calling to share my knowledge and experience with others, to help them find their own path to inner peace and a positive mindset.

​

Today, I love being a meditation and mindfulness coach, strong with the insights and expertise that came from years of practice and dedication. Let me help you on your own path, at your own speed, towards growth and inner peace.

I think the breathing tecniques and meditation together with the personal coaching can improve your health. Physically and mentally. I would do it again.
